Effective July 1, 2015, staff members receiving a salary at or below $101,453 are entitled to full tuition remission. Effective July 1, 2015, staff members receiving a salary above $101,453 are entitled to 50% tuition remission. Please visit the Tuition Remission webpage for additional information.
An employee who is a vested member of the Alternate Benefit Program (ABP) who accepts a Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS) eligible position may remain in the ABP as long as he or she will be working at least 50 percent time.
Paid Time Off
An individual whose status changes from faculty to staff will be granted a full year’s vacation earned based on the employee’s date of hire and workweek classification.
