Collective Negotiations Agreements

The Office of Labor Relations negotiates and administers collective agreements between Rutgers University and the unions that represent Rutgers staff employees. These agreements can be viewed and/or downloaded for your use.

Disability Accommodations

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability.  In this regard, the university provides reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship.

Discrimination and Harassment

The Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Harassment applies to a member of the university community who believes that he or she may have been discriminated against or subject to harassment based on his or her sex, race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, genetic information, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, marital status, civil union status, domestic partnership status, military service, veteran status, or any other category protected by law.
