Last year, Rutgers employees engaged in a series of discussions through meetings, focus groups, and surveys designed to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the workplace. The resulting Future of Work Task Force Report contained a range of short- and long-term recommendations, including those that led to the implementation of formal flexible work arrangements that require Rutgers employees to be on-campus at least 3 days per week.
As we approach the end of the first semester since the implementation of the FlexWork@RU Pilot Program, we want to hear your initial opinions and perspectives on the "Future of Work" at Rutgers as you experience it. In that spirit, we invite you to participate in the Is FlexWork@RU Working for You? survey. This survey is part of a larger Your Voice, Our Rutgers program in which the university will use research methods to listen, learn, improve what we do, and build a beloved community.
