Message from the Associate Vice President Human Resources Operations, University Human Resources

The countdown has begun to a better level of service for faculty and staff across Rutgers University!

University Human Resources and Payroll Services have launched the OneSource Rutgers Faculty and Staff Service Center. As we get closer to providing a new level of service, we want to thank our integrated project team and all of those across the university who have partnered with us to make this a reality.

The OneSource service center is scheduled to open on August 29, and will be customer-focused and provide offerings in an efficient, simplified, and friendly manner:

  • A single point of contact for end-to-end service resolution
  • Consistent and accurate information available in a robust, updated knowledge base
  • A self-service portal that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Follow the status of your case through frequent notifications
  • The focus is on you – the customer - as we will check in with you periodically to solicit your feedback to ensure that we provide best in class service

We have made significant progress, and our work is ongoing.
